Top DT from Maryland picks Pack, too

N.C. State coach Tom O’Brien landed one of Maryland’s top prospects when defensive tackle Raynard Randolph of Gwynn Park High committed to the Wolfpack.

Randolph, who’s 6-foot-2 and 320 pounds, also considered Penn State, Michigan State, Illinois, Louisville and Maryland, according to Gwynn Park defensive coordinator Frederick Ford.

A four-year varsity starter, Randolph is rated as the 16th-best prospect in Maryland by rivals.com.

They're probably afraid he will eat them. Sound like a good signing for the Wolfpack, especially with AMC being a senior

You're excited because you signed the 16th best prospect from Maryland?

Really?

The Holes will soon realize they have nothing but a glorified recruiter calling the shots. Now that Tommy B is gone he may be the worst game day coach in the ACC.

Rabbit I'll take getting a commitment from a defensive tackle to having a quarterback transfer to a DIVISION 2 SCHOOL anyday!
